Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. No contract is required.  You can stop or cancel service with a 24 hour notice either by phone or e-mail.

Q. Do I need to be home while you scoop my yard?

A. No, but we recommend it if your pet stays outside .  On the intial cleaning we would like for you to be home so we can meet and greet your pet and answer any questions you may have. We love animals, but they might not care for us very much. We want to make sure they are able to associate us with being a friendly smell, so they can remember us for the next cleaning.

Q. Can you clean my yard with my pet outdoors?

A. If your pet doesn't mind, we don't mind.

Q. Do you sanitize your equipment?

A. Yes, we sanitize our equipment after every yard. We also sanitize our shoes and wash our hands. We take diseases and the spread of diseases very seriously.

Q.How do you dispose of the pet waste?

A. We dispose of your pet waste according to state and local recommendations and EPA standards.  We take the waste with us to dispose of.

Q. Do you offer yard deodorizer?

A.  No. Every pet is different and all products are not the same. It is our best judgement not to offer this service due to possible allergic reactions to your pets.
